Annual/Basic

A physical evaluation of the body and its functions, including an in-depth medical history and lifestyle review, followed by a physical exam, screenings and discussion with our physician.

Annual/Basic (45+)

A physical evaluation of the body and its functions, including an in-depth medical history and lifestyle review, followed by an extended physical exam, screenings and discussion with our physician.

Executive/Pre-employment

A physical evaluation of the body and its functions, including an in-depth medical history and lifestyle review, followed by a physical exam and discussion with our physician. These physicals are often required by companies to evaluate and obtain a comprehensive health history of an employee.

Pre-Op

A general exam and overview of current health conditions designed to assess the patient's risk of the indicated surgery. Solantic offers pre-op physicals for a variety of planned surgeries. Ask one of our representatives which surgeries are included.

DOT/DOE

A medical examination report for commercial driver fitness determination; the physical is an evaluation of the body and its functions similar in content to an annual/basic; using inspection, palpate, percussion and auscultation (listening). Also includes a medical history and lifestyle review.

OSHA

The OSHA respiratory physical includes a basic health evaluation with review of past and current medical history. There is also an extensive questionnaire that is to be completed prior to the exam.
