IMMUNIZATIONS
Solantic offers a variety of Wellness Services to make it convenient for patients to walk in and check their cholesterol, receive a flu shot or order general wellness blood work at a fair price. Other services include drug screenings, Tetanus booster, TB skin test, thyroid panel and Hepatitis B vaccine series.
Immunizations play a major role in the prevention and control of serious and often deadly diseases. When your children are required to receive a standard series of vaccinations or need their shot card updated prior to starting school, we make it easy and affordable for your family to get their shots at any walk-in Solantic clinic. Our urgent care clinics are open 365 days-a-year for that unexpected need for a tetanus booster or that forgotten immunization needed for a trip abroad. We also offer the same walk-in service for immunizations for MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) and varicella (chicken pox vaccine).
If you suffer from rapid onset migraine headaches in the mornings, it may help for you to walk-in for a visit with a board-certified physician to discuss your needs for pain relief. Other Solantic patients have joined the growing number of Americans who have discovered Imitrex injections. Some migraine sufferers have reported pain relief within 10 minutes after the injection and the rest report some relief within the hour after their Imitrex injection. If any member of your family is prescribed ceftriaxone injections, any Solantic clinic on the First Coast can provide Rocephin injections. Our doctor's often use Rocephin as an antibiotic treatment for bronchitis, pneumonia, skin infections, urinary tract infections and other stubborn bacterial infections.
Many public workers and older adult patients have grown to rely on Solantic's "No Appointment Needed" policy to receive annual immunizations like Flu Shots. Before the onset of the AIDS virus, the only pandemic threat to Floridians was the Influenza A/B viruses that travel the globe every year. North Florida patients who are exposed to the Hepatitis B virus can use our walk-in clinics to receive treatments. Our medical staff can administer the injections and document your series of immunizations. When you choose Solantic for your healthcare services, you have access to our board-certified physician for affordable urgent care and to our staff for immediate medical services 365 days a year.
