Urgent Care Services - North Florida

What your visit will cost:

	Level 1: Triage Care: $79 clinical visit with no diagnostic lab tests or other procedures
	Level 2: $129 clinical visit with one procedure from the list below including laceration treatment with no sutures or injections
	Level 3: $189 clinical visit with more than one procedure from the list including laceration treatment with sutures and/or certain injections (see below)

Procedures

	Crutches, supports, braces and cast boots			In-house lab tests such as
	Burn Treatment				Mono
	EKG				Rapid Strep
	Pulmonary Function Test				Glucose
	Hearing Test				Influenza A/B
	Nebulizer				Hemocult
	Injections (non-intravenous)				Urinalysis (dipstick)
	Splinting			Removal of foreign object
	Laceration Treatment (Not requiring sutures or Dermabond)			Collection, review and reporting for blood tests performed by an outside lab

The following procedures require a level 3 visit:  

• X-Rays
  
• Administration of intravenous medications or fluids
  
• Injections of Rocephin® or Imitrex® medications
  
• Lacerations that require sutures or Dermabond
  
• Eye numb and wash
