Located on Florida's A1A, our Beaches Solantic provides urgent care for unexpected injuries or sudden illnesses for all areas of Jacksonville Beach and the Intracoastal waterway. The Beaches walk-in urgent care center is conveniently located for patients in Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Queens Harbor, Ponte Vedra and Mayport areas. Our walk-in urgent care clinics provide easy access for your family's immediate healthcare services for physicals, immunizations, pre-op physicals, wellness screenings, routine monitoring of health profiles, pre-employment physicals, blood pressure screening, cholesterol monitoring, lab work and occupational medicine. All Solantic medical centers are open seven days a week and our board-certified physicians are onsite 365 days a year. Once you choose the Beaches Solantic, no appointment is needed for your urgent or immediate medical care. We accept most health and workers' comp insurance plans. Please remember to bring your insurance card.
