If you’re traveling I-10, exit Lane Avenue and go south to Normandy Blvd. and you’ll see our healthcare clinic on the right. From I-295, exit at Normandy Blvd. and go east and our urgent care center is on your left. We provide easy access to affordable urgent emergency care and immediate services for our patients living on the Westside of Jacksonville. All Solantic urgent care clinics are open 365 days a year with a board-certified physician always on staff. Our “No Appointment Needed” takes the hassle out of your family’s immediate healthcare needs for immunizations, wellness screenings, blood pressure readings, pre-op physicals, cholesterol screening, respiratory physicals, executive physicals, sports injuries, workers’ comp injuries, pre-employment physicals, DOT physicals, OSHA physicals and sensory screenings.
