The Yulee Wal-Mart Solantic walk-in urgent care center is conveniently located on A1A between Interstate 95 and Amelia Island providing easy access to affordable emergency medical services and immediate healthcare services for our patients north of the greater Jacksonville area. When you’re faced with an unexpected injury or sudden illness, you can walk-in to the Yulee Medical Center and no appointment is needed for a clinical visit with our board-certified physician. Our patients have grown to depend on us for non-emergency immediate healthcare including immunizations, pre-op physicals, blood work, OSHA physicals, sensory testing, occupational medicine, wellness screenings, DOT physicals, DOE physicals, workers’ comp injuries and tetanus boosters (for the snag with the rusty fish hook). The Yulee Solantic urgent care center accepts most healthcare insurance plans, so please remember to bring your card.
